Custom DTF Printing Guide

1. Custom DTF Gangsheet Instructions (Design & Upload)

Design Setup

Create your design in Photoshop at **300 DPI** for the best quality.
Arrange your designs to fit within a **22 inch width** and **24 inch length maximum**.
Make sure the background of your design is **transparent**.
Save your final design as a **PNG file**.

Upload Process

Upload your saved PNG file directly to the **Design Studio** to place your order.

Attention!

Files will be printed **exactly as uploaded**. We are **not responsible** for errors or mistakes in the provided files.
**No changes or adjustments** will be made to your design by us.
If your order is longer than 24 inches (e.g., 96 inches), it will be printed in **repeated segments of 24 inches each** (e.g., 24" x 4 = 96").
Please **double-check** your design before uploading to avoid issues. Happy printing!

2. DTF Iron Transfer Instructions

Preparation Steps

**Temperature Setting:** Set the iron to the **highest temperature**.
**Steam:** Turn off the steam and empty the water from the iron. (Using a high temperature ensures better adherence.)
**Ironing Surface:** Ensure the ironing surface is **flat, firm, clean, and smooth**.
**Trimming (Optional):** If desired, carefully trim around the printed design, leaving a small border. (This prevents unwanted residue from transferring.)

Transfer Process

**Position:** Place the transfer material onto the garment where you want the design.
**Cover:** Place a **Teflon paper** on top of the transfer. (Teflon helps the iron glide and prevents sticking.)
**Ironing:** Place the iron onto the transfer and **press firmly with high pressure**.
**Hold:** Hold the iron **steady in one area for 6-8 seconds**.
**Repeat:** **Do not move the iron across the fabric**. Lift the iron and repeat the press-and-hold process for the entire area of the transfer to ensure proper adhesion.

Peeling the Transfer

**Peel Time:** After applying heat to all areas, you may **peel the transfer right away** (Hot Peel).
**Technique:** Hold the fabric with your free hand to keep it stable and ensure the transfer adheres well to the garment.
**Patience:** Take your time while peeling to ensure a clean transfer.

Washing Instructions (For Longevity)

**Wait:** Wait **24 hours** after application before washing the garment.
**Washing:** Wash the garment **inside out** on a **gentle cycle with cool water**.
**Avoid:** Avoid using **bleach and fabric softeners**.
**Drying:** Air dry or tumble dry on a **low heat setting**.
