We offer a variety of products, including any apparel types such as T-shirts, sweaters, and hoodies. We also offer kitchenware products. You can also bring in your own products and have us print on them.

Yes, we do.
Can I print my logo on mugs, flasks, or other drinkware?
Yes, you can.

We accept single-piece orders as well as bulk orders. We don't have minimums.

What file formats do you accept for artwork (JPG, PNG, PDF, AI, etc.)?

What resolution should my image be for best results?

Do you help with editing or improving my design?

Can you remove the background from my image?
Yes, we can.
Can I add my own text or motto to a design?

Do you create custom designs if I don’t have one?
Yes, we can with an additional cost.
Do you provide design templates for t-shirts or mugs?
No, we don't.
Can I see a preview or mockup before printing?
Yes, you can.
Do you charge extra for design setup?
No, we don't.
What happens if my file isn’t high resolution?
We will contact you and ask you to fix it.
Do you match specific brand colors (Pantone/HEX)?
No, we don't. We use CMYK colors, colors will be a very close match.
Can I upload a photo for printing on a shirt or mug?
Absolutely.
Is there a maximum design size?
14X16 inches.
Is there a minimum design size for engraving?
No.
Can I change my design after I place the order?
If you can contact us within 1 hour, we can. However, if the order is already in production we won't be able to change it.
Can I use multiple designs in one order?
Yes, you can.
Do you keep my design on file for future reorders?
We don't due to privacy laws, however, you can keep them in your account.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes, you can.
Can I make small changes to a past design without starting over?
Yes, you can.
Printing Options
Where can my design be placed on a t-shirt?
We can print on the Front, Back, Left Chest, sleeves, and Neck Labels (for branding purposes).
Can you print on sleeves or the back of shirts?
Yes, we can.
Do you print edge-to-edge or only in specific areas?
We don't offer edge-to-edge printing. Maximum print size is 14 X 16 inches.
Do you print in full color?
Yes, we do. We don't have color minimums, we can print full colors at no additional cost, and we don't have color limits.
Can you print metallic or neon colors?
No, we can't.
Do you print white ink on dark fabrics?
Yes, any fabric color and type is printable.
Can you match my company’s brand colors exactly?
We can match or get 95% close.
Do you offer screen printing or just digital print?
We offer digital printing, such as DTF (Direct to Film), DTG (Direct to Garment), and UV (Ultra Violet).
How durable are the prints on wearables?
We stand behind our work, they are very durable.
Will the prints crack or peel over time?
After 60 washes you may see cracks and peels, industry standard is 10.
Do the prints withstand frequent washing?
Yes.
Do you offer eco-friendly printing options?
Yes, we do. All of our inks are Waterbased and OEKO-TEx certified by Brother International.
Do you print on both sides of a shirt?
Yes.
Can you print different designs on different sizes in the same order?
Yes.
Do you offer all-over printing?

DTF Transfers
What is a DTF transfer?
DTF stands for Direct to Film. It is a printing method where a design is printed onto a special film, then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure.
Can I buy transfer sheets only?
Yes, you can.
Do you also apply transfers if I don’t have equipment?
Yes, we do.
How do I apply a DTF transfer myself?
Please see our application guide for instructions.
What equipment is needed to apply a transfer at home?
An iron.
Are transfer sheets reusable?
No.
Can I order custom-sized transfers?

Do you sell transfers in bulk packs?

How long do transfers last on fabric?

It depends on the product. For flat items we can print up to 30 inches, for round items, 3 inches.
