1. General Terms and Account Requirements

 

  • To place an order, you must create an account.

  • We accept single-piece orders as well as bulk orders; the minimum order quantity is 1.

  • We offer discounts for bulk or corporate orders.

  • We charge sales tax on all orders.

 

2. Order Placement, Changes, and Cancellations

 

  • Placing an Order: To place an order with your custom design, please upload the image on the product you choose and then place your order. We offer an online design tool.

  • Order Changes: You cannot change your order after placing it.

  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placement.

  • Design Changes: You can change your design after placing an order if you contact us within 1 hour. However, if the order is already in production, we will not be able to change it.

  • Past Designs: We do not keep your design on file for future reorders due to privacy laws; however, you can keep them in your account. You can reorder the same design later, and you can make small changes to a past design without starting over.

 

3. Custom Design and Artwork Requirements

 

  • Accepted File Format: PNG, 300dpi.

  • Image Resolution: The required resolution for best results is 300dpi.

  • Low Resolution: If your file is not high resolution, we will contact you and ask you to fix it.

  • Design Services: We can help with editing or improving your design at an additional cost. We can also create custom designs at an additional cost.

  • Setup Fee: We do not charge extra for design setup.

  • Previews: You can see a preview or mockup before printing.

  • Maximum Print Size: 14x16 inches. We do not offer edge-to-edge printing.

  • Color Matching: We do not match specific brand colors (Pantone/HEX). We use CMYK colors, and colors will be a very close match (95% close).

 

4. Production and Shipping

 

  • Standard Turnaround Time: The average turnaround time for standard orders is 3 business days.

  • Rush Orders: We offer 24-hour printing and rush orders.

  • Shipping: We ship nationwide and internationally.

  • Delivery Time: You should receive your order within 7 business days.

  • Shipping Cost: Shipping cost depends on the product.

 

5. Payments

 

  • We accept all payment methods (including PayPal, credit card, or invoice).

 

6. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements

 

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days for a replacement.
