Refund policy

1. Order Changes and Cancellations

 

Changes to the design are only possible if you contact us within 1 hour of placing the order and the order has not yet entered production. Once an order is placed, it cannot be changed. Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of being placed.

 

2. Incorrect, Damaged, or Unsatisfactory Orders

 

If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 7 days for a replacement. 

 

3. Custom Printing Conditions

 

Design changes are possible only if contact is made within the 1-hour cancellation window and before production starts. If your artwork file is not high resolution, we will contact you and ask you to fix it.
