If the design is not printable as defined on the mockup, we will request from you for alteration. 

If the requested print area not feasible, we will reimburse your payment.  

Customers can bring their own clothing, provide the design, we print accordingly. Alternatively, You may ship your item (Please leave a note at your order), and we can print accordingly.  

Provided image must be minimum 300DPI (DPI = (Total Pixels) / (Physical Width/Height in Inches)) , thus resolution of the image must be high. 

Customers must specify their preferred print location and dimensions. Ideally, mockup would be best. Please use the menu on the right hand side to create the mockup, the mockup image will automatically will be included in the order. 

Images on this product is for mockup purposes. 

Turnaround time is 1-2 business days after drop off. 

Please bring paid invoice at the drop off.
